I needed to use HTM for a roll off bin rental on short notice.

Every person I spoke to talked to me like they cared, and provided fantastic customer service.

They were quick, flexible, helpful, and efficient. Especially Kai. I feel like he went above and beyond to show me how reliable HTM can be, and I trust him to take care of my project’s needs. I will definitely use HTM in the future.

Suzanne answered all my questions and concerns promptly with courtesy and kindness. The driver who delivered and picked up the dumpster was also awesome. Maneuvered the dumpster into my driveway with skill and precision.

After docusigning contract, was able to get dumpster at jobsite the very same day.

The driver who dropped off the dumpster, Richard, was very personable and delivered the dumpster EXACTLY where I wanted. Once I filled up the 30YD dumpster, the driver (Richard again) was VERY efficient in picking up the dumpster and hauling it away. Having the dumpster on-site for 10 days was more than enough time to fill it up.

The entire dumpster rental experience was a simple, fast, easy, and efficient way of getting rid of our construction and household debris.

I originally chose HTM for their value. I used West Oahu and wasn't happy. They don't have the right truck to dump concrete roofing, or that's what I was told.

HTM had the right size truck and container and their prices are better than most of their competition.

I considered all of this for this review, but it was their customer service that stood out. Most companies that I deal with in the construction industry don't know what customer service is or think that it's only something for the hospitality and restaurant industry. Very disheartening, but

HTM went out of their way.

I called for a pickup on Friday morning, but their schedule was full for the day and couldn't add any more pickups. I knew that I should've called earlier so nothing I could do, but they said they understood that my customer would be blocked in all weekend, so they would try their best. I got a call right after lunch and they were able to fit me in. Thanks HTM!!

I rented a 30 yard rolloff from them and the experience was fast and easy.

I got my quote and filled out the paperwork and was immediately able to schedule a delivery for the bin.

They delivered it quickly and with no hassle.

We finished with it early and although you get it for 10 days I was able to schedule an early pick up for it as well since the Thanksgiving holiday complicated things. Customer service was great and I would highly recommend HTM.

As a large contractor, we've used nearly every roll-off service on the island. From my experience, you could go with the cheaper guys, but in the long run, you will never get good service from them and it could take a few weeks and multiple calls to get them to swap out bins. You could also go to the bigger roll-off companies that can provide good service, but you pay a whole lot more.

H.T.M Contractors was really a surprise for me. Not only are their rate competitive, but they have excellent customer service and communication,

a friendly staff that will do their best to ensure my needs are met, and have excellent follow up. If you need a bin swapped out tomorrow, they will be there!

They never missed a schedule on me so far, and I've done over 50 bins in the last year.

HTM Contractors is absolutely amazing.

The roll of division has great communication and customer service. My bin was full but I needed to swap it out. HTM didn't have another 30yd bin to replace it so they went out of their way to pickup my bin, dump it, and bring it right back to my location all within a couple hours.

Couldn't have been more happy to work with them.

Will definitely be using them in the future.

Wanted a 20 yard but was only able to get a 15 yard. Odd shape but I did fill it up. Other than that, early drop off and early pick up.

HTM Contractors provided a trash bin for us when we were clearing out my uncle’s house. We filled the bin several times and when we called HTM to pick up the full bin and return the empty bin

they were very prompt in doing that. Their driver was also very pleasant and polite.

I recently used HTM bin services.

They were quick to respond and great with communicating and the driver was really good as well.

I would use them again. Only recommendation to HTM is to repair the back wheel of that bin.

Rented 2 rolloff containers to dispose of concrete and dirt. Jeff is very responsive in helping me schedule the drop off and pick up of the containers.

Staff delivering and picking up the containers were very polite and professional.

H.T.M. Contractors Inc. Went out of their way to make sure everything was done in a way for one clear space that has built of from years of illegal dumping.

The dumpsters were quick to arrive and even quicker to be taken for removal.

The drivers were nice and made container fit in a place that was not thought possible and by placing it the way they did it made my job much more easier. The staff was super nice and worked with me in getting permits and the proper equipment that would allow a safe environment.

They were always there when I called and even though I was with little contact by deadline of contract they did not rush to close contract how other companies do.
